Biography
Named one of Billboard Magazine’s 10 Country Artists to Watch, Montana native Tyler Barham describes himself as an aspiring Country Singer/Songwriter, but with one look at his YouTube and other social media following, you’ll see that his aspirations are quickly becoming reality. With 10 million views and an online following of over 75 thousand, Tyler is building the foundation for a successful music career. Born in Bozeman and raised in Florence, Montana, Tyler began singing when he was nine. Although he enjoyed singing different styles of music, it didn’t take him long to realize his heart (and eventually his baritone voice) belonged to country music. In 2008 Tyler made the leap from computer screen to TV screen on Great American Country’s nationwide talent search, "Next GAC Star", a competition in which he ended up placing 6th. In 2010, Tyler teamed up with songwriting/production team of John Griffin and Dave Flint and over the past 10 years has released 5 EPs and multiple singles. In 2012 his Don't Cage This Heart EP debuted at #56 on the Billboard Country Album Chart and #19 on Billboard Heatseekers Album Chart. In 2017 Tyler gained the attention of T-Mobile CEO John Legere and was asked to become an influencer for the brand. The same year Tyler was a special correspondent at the T-Mobile sponsored ACM Awards in Las Vegas where he shared with viewers his exclusive backstage access to the awards.
