Biography
Where do you want to go? What do you want to feel? Two questions that define the sonic playground known as Love Is Noise. Born from belief, Thomas Mellon and Cameron Humphrey created the genre bending outfit in the summer of 2021, starting with the writing and recording of Deja Vu (without you), Pillowcase and Azure. 2022 saw the release of the debut EP Euphoria Where Were You?released on Jason Aalon Butlers 333 Wreckords. The same year saw drummer Ed Sutton join the ranks as a permanent member. Love Is Noise use total honesty, passion and soul to create musical bridges across life’s troubled waters. ‘Music is therapy to us’ Vocalist Cameron Humphrey explains. ‘We create art for the happiness it brings and the way it warms our souls. With the internet ruling society and slowly poisoning our joy, we created Love Is Noise to light a pathway to a new way of believing’. Gaining a following around the globe, it’s clear to see that the world is in need of a change in perspective. The Noise Community, created by the band to give their following a place to be themselves, a place to believe, resonates with that ethos. 2023 will see the release of more creations, starting with 3 tracks that will live a life of their own, each single developing upon one another. Recording in the heart of the south coast of the United Kingdom, the trio will be building a Neo-Noir influenced sound and visual landscape with the definitive intention of creating a modern take on 90's Shoegaze.
