Biography

Ermias Ghile, known professionally as Ghile is a born and raised Italian rapper with eritrean origins. He moved to London in 2008 where he currently resides. He is known for his distinguished style that often blends introspective and colloquial lyrics with a melodic delivery mostly influenced by old school rnb and west coast rap. He gets the public attention after dropping a series of singles such as "In Strada" featuring Nerone and "Via Perchè" with well known rapper Vacca. His first project is Nakfa, entirely produced by multiplatinum producer Andry the Hitmaker in 2018, launched with singles on YouTube like "Italiano" and "Subliminale". During the same year he worked on "Van Ghile", this time with producers LT Studio and Young Nino among others. The latter produced his singles "Quando?" that anticipated the album release. In 2020 his brand new single "Vis-à-Vis" came out after a little break from the scene. Again, he appeared more recently in the EP "Tempo Nostro" by rapper Vacca in the track "Mai Arreso" as well as a freestyle over Drake's Lemon Pepper Freestyle. His new single Star featuring label mate Nico Kyni is out now which marks the first collaboration between the two artists.
