Sir William James the Baptist is a second generation Chaplain of the modern believer’s culture. Sir is on a fast track to becoming one of the biggest voices to emerge from Christian culture. His mixtape Saint or Sinner (2017) amassed more than 15 million streams worldwide and Sir performed on tours all across the globe, opening for Beyonce, Lauryn Hill, Alicia Keys, Mary J Blige and hitting the stage at Lollapalooza, Bonnaroo, Made in America and countless numbers of other shows and festivals. This internationally known Artist and Spiritualist has been acknowledged by Forbes, Jay Z, Billboard, CNN, Late Night with Seth Meyers, and many more for his trailblazing cause. Without a debut album, his works have won him 2 Dove Awards, charted #1 on Spotify’s Viral 50 (“Raise Hell”), #14 in the US for Hip Hop (Saint or Sinner), #13 on the Billboard Gospel Airplay charts (“Heaven”), received a BET nomination against his inspiration Jay Z and has been featured in a national Lexus TV commercial campaign, along with various TV shows and movies. Sir also wrote the Billboard #1 Gospel Song “Deliver Me” by Donald Lawrence and Le’Andria Johnson. Sir has also partnered with charitable organizations around the world to push forward this mission.
