When The Clockwork Dolls formed in 2007, the concept was simple: Theatrical, grand epic music for folks who dream, and dream big. This band of music lovers, dreamers, and video game enthusiasts took the music scene by storm with their 2009 debut album, Dramatis Personae. Moving from Steampunk to history, The Clockwork Dolls released When Banners Fall in 2012 with a suite of emotional songs invoking a feeling of desperation and sacrifice of one of humanities greatest generation. With Sam Lee on keyboards and instrumentals, Julie Zakar on lead vocals and lyrics, Robare Pruyn Bush on vocals and guitars, Sebastian MacAskill on lead guitars, and Elliot Peeples on Bass. The Clockwork Dolls along will continue our ongoing mission to write emotional, visceral, and cinematic music.
