Biography

Demeted – a 4-member band assembled in Cracow in 2019, is one of the emerging bands on the Polish core scene. Their mission is to derive what is best about metalcore and deathcore and comprise it into heavy riffs, verses and surprising breakdowns, but still have a catchy, melodic, sometimes symphonic choruses with lyrics centered around desperately trying to find a way to sanity in the world’s difficult situations these days. After 2 single releases such as "Defect" and "Memories" they signed in with USA – based record label Seek & Strike, where they released EP called "Lunacy". The songs and music videos from the EP are heavily symbolic, with the intent of signalizing how trauma experienced in one’s youth affects their mental health in adult life. With gained live performance and touring experience, Demeted was on their way to their next tour around Poland, beginning in October and finishing in December 2022. Their future plans involve performances around Europe and North America.
