DJames (pronounced Dee-James) UK Champion, worldwide touring DJ, curator, music editor, radio host, producer and more, DJames certainly has a very unique set of accomplishments. Currently residing in London, he has built a fan base which spans Europe, Africa, The Caribbean and North America through his remixes, mixtapes and live shows. Whether he’s holding down residencies in London’s West End, playing to 65,000 people at Europe’s first ever Major League Baseball game or flying out to Saudi Arabia for the country’s first international tennis tournament, DJames draws on his years of experience to excel in any environment. In 2019, DJames was selected from hundreds of online entrants to compete in the national final of the world’s biggest DJ competition. A panel of former World Champions chose DJames based on his originality, technical ability, and reading of the crowd to crown him the new Red Bull 3Style UK Champion. While his sound is heavily influenced by Afrobeats, Dancehall and Soca, it is his ability to seamlessly transition between so many genres that has caught the attention of the likes of Drake, The Weeknd and Sean Kingston, all of whom he has joined on their UK tours to play sold out shows. With his first single on the way, plus trips to collaborate with artists in Nigeria, Ghana and Jamaica, DJames is set to further grow his brand globally.
