FFO: Silent Planet ; Polaris ; Alpha Wolf ; Stray From The Path and more. Ocean Drive is a modern metalcore band from Montréal, Canada. In April, Ocean Drive unveiled their latest single, “Comatose”, via Hell For Breakfast. The song marked the beginning of a fully assumed switch in Ocean Drive’s history. Darker and heavier than most hardcore music these days, the band gave this song a powerful sound and aggressive vocal and instrumental changes for an extremely striking and poignant release. On the single, the band comments: “With subjects such as delusion, alienation and desperation, Comatose is a relevant song to anyone that finds itself lost in modern society, where no one cares about anyone and where your privileges determine your level of well being.”
