Magiliw Street is a 4-piece Folk/Pop band that writes songs about emotions you cannot describe in a single word. Bittersweetness, Hope, Love, Grief, Bliss, Acceptance, Gratitude, Anger, Passion, Courage. They speak the soul and speak out for and with the people. They show the beauty of life even in the simplest things. Magiliw Street was formed in 2019 at Magiliw St., Valenzuela City. One day, Jouie wrote a song as Donn and Deved arranged it together the first time they met each other. After few days, their first song "Irog" was acknowledged by FILSCAP and performed their first show at Upperhouse BGC. They brought Marcy along and the rest was history. After a 2-year hiatus, the band jumped back into music in late 2022 starting with performances in UP Diliman PRIDE and LUCID, and then again in 2023 with gigs in bars like PIT88, Saguijo, Social House, Imajin, as well as opening for the legendary vocal group "The Company" on their album tour in Ayala Malls all around Luzon.
