Biography

Matt is a musician, singer, songwriter and producer from Pietermaritzburg in South Africa. His music can be described as a unique pop sound with hints of electronic production, proudly made in KZN. 
 He took part in Idols South Africa in 2016, and went deep into the competition. He subsequently won Best Pop Artist at the KZN Young Achievers Awards. He has played some of the biggest festivals in South Africa, and has shared the stage with some of our biggest stars. He has also supported one of the breakout international acts of 2021, Neon Dreams. 
 Matt’s latest single, Believer, won the KZN leg of 5FM’s Unlock Your Talent competition, which saw him play live on 5 on New Years Eve and live with December Streets.
