Singer | Songwriter | Producer | DJ | OVRTHNKR Josh Rubin, a singer/songwriter and producer from Austin, TX, started playing guitar and piano from an early age. He came onto the scene in 2015 and made his way up the ranks of the dance music world as a powerhouse vocalist. In 2022, Josh’s life changed - he moved to LA to attend ICON Collective to further his production skills. While continuously releasing collabs on Monstercat, Seeking Blue, Bassrush, and Welcome Records; his focus has been on his craft, writing and recording music that speaks to the mind of fellow OVRTHNKRS. He is releasing his debut electronic EP ‘Playing with Fire’ on NCS this summer, unveiling the beginning of what we expect to see on the stage throughout 2023 as he transitions from a vocalist to live DJ. Performances filled with live vocals, that is where Josh Rubin will shine. He can’t wait to share this new journey with you all.
