Biography

With a mixture of soul touching vocals and amazing rhythm in Afro-Fusion and RnB, Ishmael Jalakala the 3rd, professionally known as Yeahiknow, is an Afro-Fusion artiste and songwriter from Malawi, East Africa. His artistry began in 2017 but it wasn't until 2020 where he decided to take it to the next level with his closest friends such as TenMoBeats who is also a long time collaborator and executive producer for almost all of Yeahiknow's records to date. This includes Child of the Sun, Bellezza and other singles. Together, the duo formed a Music group called 'Afro-Fusion Sound System' in the fall of 2021. Yeahiknow's sound takes certain inspiration from Burna Boy, Chris Brown and Wande Coal who he also hails as some of the greatest artists to grace the genre of Afrobeats and RnB. Beginning as a rapper in his earlier ages, his turn to Afro-Fusion and RnB was highly influenced by these artists. Yeahiknow is set to release his third Extended Playlist which is still in its working stage. Surely one of the auteurs to track and listen to through his rise to the world stage.
