WeedJunky is a rising artist on the New Orleans music scene & son of grammy award winning @NicholasPayton. 2019 was the year he forced people to hear him out. With back to back EPs, remixes, visuals, and much more, his consistency, hard work, and dedication are now paying off. Before notoriety, he was learning to shoot videos, record, and mix and master his records. Nevertheless, he's constantly working. He’s been rapping since the young age of thirteen. However, his popularity started in late 2019 and hasn’t slowed down since. A lot of people tend to judge a book by its cover, but please don’t be fooled by his stage name because you will be doing yourself a dishonor. He creates music with substance, that’s one of the reasons it resonates so well with his listeners. Everyone needs to hear quality within lyrics, and he's giving us just that. Growing up in New Orleans, he had to make some tough decisions. After learning from his mistakes, he's now trying to make it out to give hope to others, and to prove to them that they can do the same as well. He's only in the beginning, and only time will tell how his story will end.
