Biography

Negatives are a Tyneside based Metal band. After surviving multiple obstacles since inception, the band issued their debut release, “Kin / The Noble Rot”, on October 31st 2020. Since then, Negatives have continued to release new music to national reception on BBC Radio 1 and regional Introducing stations across the North-East of England. Having grown up with Slipknot and Gojira, and being inspired by Silent Planet as much as film, Negatives present a technical and focused approach to music with a raw and aggressive delivery. Cathartic. Cinematic. Atmospheric. Chaotic.
