It was on YouTube in 2013 that Typh Barrow started to create a buzz. She accumulated millions of views for her 90’s HipHop covers on the piano. Coolio even congratulated her on her version of his « Gangstas’ Paradise » hit. The year after, she released 2 EP’s TIME & VISIONS. She was a true musical revelation; her unique voice and her early original songs immediately stunned the public and her career took off. Instantly, the magic sparked. She got huge support on the radio; the Belgian press was unanimously enthusiastic and her first concerts were rapidly sold out. In 2018, Typh released the album RAW which stormed to number 1 in the Belgian charts and was quickly certified a golden record. The critics heaped praise on her work and her songs went viral on most of the radio stations. In 2019, she became judge on The Voice Belgium TV show, highlighting her personality and style in addition to her musicianship. In 2020, she released her album ALOHA which debuted at number 1 and became double gold in Belgium. She went on tour for a series of sold-out concerts, including the mythical venue of Forest National in Brussels. Early in 2023, she is releasing a brand-new single DON'T LET ME GO, the first offering from her upcoming album.
