Biography
Vienna based singer/songwriter Clara Luzia founded her record label Asinella Records in 2006. She won an Amadeus Music Award in 2008 (Austria’s Mercury Prize) for her 2nd album "The Long Memory" and was nominated several times in the following years. Clara Luzia got invited to big showcase festivals like Eurosonic Noorderslaag as well as intimate radio sessions (FM4/AT, BBC6/UK, FluxFM/GER). Three of her records stayed in the top 50 of Austria's album charts for 3 weeks, 5 records made the top 70 of the charts. Her music is featured in movies like „The Dark Valley“ (Andreas Prochaska, 2014) and „Seventeen“ (Monja Art, 2017). Luzia is also an award-winning composer for theatre plays and movies .
