Biography

Monika Linkyte is one of the most popular Lithuanian singers. She began her professional career at a young age and has participated in various television projects, music festivals, and competitions with great success. In 2015, Monika represented Lithuania in the Eurovision Song Contest, which was a significant milestone in her career. Following this success, Monika released the popular single "Po dangum" and the album "Walk with me," which showcases her emotional and powerful music style. Monika has won several awards for her musical work, including the Song of the Year and Album of the Year at the annual Music Association Awards (MAMA), and has been named Performer of the Year. Although the performer's career was going well, in 2017, Monika decided to improve her musical skills and went to London to study music composition and vocals. After the first year of studies at the BIMM Institute of Modern Music, the performer held a huge concert in Lithuania, at Trakai Castle, together with a London Gospel Choir. In May of this year, Monika captivated the audience at Eurovision with her enchanting song "Stay (ČIŪTO TŪTO)" and secured an impressive 11th place. Building on this success, she now presents her latest EP, "HEALING," a collection of songs that evoke introspection, healing, and renewal.
