Biography

Astetik is a three-piece Indie-OPM band composed of James Daniel Santos on guitar and vocals, Joseph Miguel Cruz on bass, and Juan Miguel Agcolicol on drums. Formed in late 2018, the group of high school juniors kickstarted their career by jamming for fun and posting their covers for the world to see. The 2020 lockdown forced the trio to go on an indefinite hiatus. Following the aftermath of this debacle, the band has only occasionally given a few spontaneous appearances here, there, and everywhere. The band's breakout single, Ligaw Tingin, has been featured in Minute Burger's 2021 Valentine's Day Special, #GanitoPala.
