Formed in Meanjin/Brisbane in 2021, Dusty burst on the scene winning fans across South East Queensland and beyond with their dynamic live shows, joyful energy and 'give no f*cks' attitude. The four-piece has Annie Newcombe on lead vocals and rhythm guitar, Tannum Portelli on bass, Harley Meszaros on lead guitar, and Jordan Brunoli (BUGS) on the drums - and draw inspiration from Australian acts such as Moaning Lisa, Julia Jacklin, Eliza and The Delusionals and Teen Jesus and the Jean Teasers. Known for being honest and hard-hitting with their lyrics, Dusty’s fan favourite singles like ‘Do You Care’, ‘Shitty Guitar’, and ‘D*ck Pic’ have attracted the likes of triple j / triple j unearthed, Tone Deaf, Spotify and Apple Music playlists. With a strong start and no finish line in the distance Dusty has already shared stages with the likes of Bugs, The Terry’s, Pacific Avenue, Maddy Jane, Sly Withers, Old Mervs, Bakers Eddy and played festivals such as Mountain Goat Valley Crawl and Spaced Out.
