Biography

Inezi was born and raised in Spanish Town, Jamaica. His passion for singing and enertaining can be traced back-in-days when his dad was singing. He also grew up to the constant music of Copper Tone Sound playing in his community. Inezi quickly developed an interest and formed the group H5, that later became Konscious, entered 2 major talent competitions in Jamaica and got signed by Olympic Champion Asafa Powell. Konscious was dismantled after recording the group' first single, 'Trod it' then Inezi went solo. He recorded and performed live shows across Jamaica throughout those years and was invited to perform for BBC1Xtra's Seanie B live feature at Shaggy's former Big Yard studios in Kingston. He went on to work with Teflon Zincefence recording tracks such as Roots and Culture garnering airplay on BBC Radio by David Rodigan. In 2020, Inezi connected with Addis Records out of Switzerland his most popular singles African Proverbs, Rise and Sorry Fah. In 2021, Inezi met Global Beats Studio C.E.O., Huey Gowdie, got signed and released Pain and Pleasure EP. He also recorded and released a track called. Same for UK producer Twiny Ranx and Jungle on Global Beat Studios label.
