Biography

Ahmed Khan is a 29 year old independent Punjabi singer and songwriter hailing from Brussels, Belgium. Growing up in Brussels, a city where the Desi music scene is less prevalent, Ahmed has always been dedicated and determined to making Urban Punjabi music recognised on a Global level. In 2018 Ahmed had redefined his sound, incorporating a more commercial Urban Asian style to it, his single ‘Lifestyle’ showcased this perfectly, from the swagger in his visuals, it was a refreshing breakthrough for him as an artist. Following in the footsteps of some of the top Urban Asian artists, Ahmed’s 2019 single ‘Million’ was released by international powerhouse T Series. The past year of successes had set Ahmed up for his biggest project to date ’29 Summers’, his second studio album, which was created during the first lockdown of 2020. The long-awaited album featured Ahmed’s biggest releases over the past 2 years featuring Raxstar and H-Dhami. Ahmed aims to fly the flag for Belgium and become the first recognised Punjabi act to make an impact from the country, with a vision to inspire others to follow suit. Having been supported by the likes of Bobby Friction on the BBC Asian Network, Bollywood music channel B4U Music, and landing on some of the biggest playlists on Spotify, Ahmed has already made his mark in the industry internationally.
