Seven Sisters – born in the depths of West London – are a band that encapsulates melodic, twin-guitar driven heavy metal. Taking the essence of the 80’s, infusing it with progressive song structures and an effortless command of dynamics, their take on metal is both familiar and unequivocally their own. 22nd October 2021 will see the release of their third album, "Shadow of a Fallen Star pt.1", the first half of a sprawling sci-fi concept dreamt up by frontman Kyle McNeill. The first single, Horizon's Eye, provides a glimpse into the thought and care put into this record. Myriad layers, shifts in tempo, key and dynamics makes for a rewarding listen and brings something new to the listener with each repeat. All this while still maintaining a strong sense of melody that sticks in your head almost instantly after listening. Fans can expect more of the same for the rest of SOAFS pt.1.
