Rod Coote is an Australian singer-songwriter who has naturally established a loyal community of listeners around his warm modern indie folk sound. The blend of his voice with heartfelt lyrics & acoustic strings continues to connect with the hearts & minds of humans globally across the oceans. Now based in Melbourne, Rod experienced a tranquil youth surrounded by nature nestled in his sleepy hometown in Australia. He then cut his teeth busking in Tamworth & Newcastle NSW, before going on to play live shows in major cities supporting folk artists Kyle Lionhart, Alivan Blu & David McCredie. 
 Produced by Garrett Kato, his 'New England' EP was warmly embraced receiving consecutive airplay on Australian radio stations Triple J + Triple J Unearthed as well as overseas music communities including Alexrainbird, APEIRON, 7 Layers, Mahogany playlists, as his music connected with listeners overseas. 
 Releasing on the 21st July ‘Autumn Air' is the fourth single on his next EP ‘Where the rivers meet the sea', a collection of songs inspired by his sea change experience moving from the countryside to coastline.
