Biography
Ed began writing music at 10 years old, playing in bands with friends throughout his teens before moving to London to begin work on his debut album, Confidence Tricks. While this album was in early production he also recorded lo-fi EP None Of These Songs Are About You, But Some Of Them Might Apply, with both releasing in 2010. Following a collaboration with YouTubers Alex Day and Charlie McDonnell, Ed joined Doctor Who-themed band Chameleon Circuit, being a constant presence during their sessions in London and Paris for sophomore album Still Got Legs, which released in 2011. The same summer, Ed released an EP of new solo material titled Picture Unrelated, leaning more heavily on his pop punk influences. After a short series of promotional shows this led to work beginning on his second album, Nothing to Worry About, which released in 2012. After touring the UK twice in 2013, during which time he released live EP Snapshot 2013 and a collection of B-sides titled Seeds Unsown, Ed took a break from performing and recording music before returning in 2017 with acoustic EP, Skeletons.
