Biography

Azwaad is an indie singer-songwriter from the heart of Dhaka, Bangladesh. Pops up every now and then, and goes back to hiding. Began his musical exploits in early 2019 in association with The Mothership Records and the underground indie collective of Dhaka. After a brief period of existential crisis, azwaad drew his inspiration from the communal folk that had existed in his country for ages and transfused that with neo alternate sounds. Truly paying tribute to what came before and hoping to pave a path for what will come; in the process of expressing himself.
