    The Dirty Honkers are known for their a one-of-a-kind performance and they have been coined electro swing, rave jazz, swing tech for lack of better words. As the story goes, the trio sparked into existence during a live session at the legendary BAR 25 in Berlin. When the sound of Tel Aviv hip-hop met the Berlin swing spirit of Screech the diva and FlapJack the mad sax, the alchemy was real and instantaneous. All three shared a similar feeling for the old-time jazz sound which became the foundation of their identity, leading to their first album "Death by Swing" in 2011. They quickly started playing sometimes jamming unfinished songs because playing live mattered the most to them. The project quickly ascended to international festivals sharing the stage with Caravan Palace, Alle Farben, Manu Chao, Goran Bregovic, Alice Francis, The Movits and many others. 3 Albums and countless shows later, the three Berlin-based artists are still independently working on their unique blend of electronics, saxophones, vocals, music apps, loopers and game controllers. A fusion that only Berlin could have bred.
