Colombian Gothic Rock-Metal band TENEBRARUM was created by violinist David Rivera in 1990. It is a truly original fusion between classical and metal instrumentation surrounded by ambient keyboard textures. TENEBRARUM has recorded eight studio albums, which chronicle their sonic evolution. In their latest work the band showcases their unique ability to mix string arrangements for chamber orchestra and female voices, without losing their rock/metal roots. TENEBRARUM has earned an important place in the Latin American music scene as pioneers in the gothic genre. By taking risks with their innovative and unique approach they have developed a ground breaking sound. “Las Once Formas del Horror” , is the new studio album, it's a conceptual album, with a more aggressive sound, crowned with a dark, dense, metal aura. Distorted violin now takes the place of metal guitars while keyboards, piano and symphonic orchestrations weave an emotional tapestry throughout. Intricate passages of massive drums and distorted bass create the sheer weight of the music while heart breaking vocal arrangements connect this masterpiece to make it the most powerful TENEBRARUM album to date. It was released on CD format October 2018 and at November 2019 on streaming services.
