Biography

VULKANO is a princess punk trio from Stockholm. Lisa Pyk Wirström on synth, Rebecka Rolfart on bass and Cissi Efraimsson on drums and vocals. Self releasing their fourth album “Fantasy vs. Reality” on their own label, Vulkano, is one of the foremost DIY bands in Sweden. It’s a playful universe of cute animals, sexy candy, invisible tails and daily birthdays. The sound floats between the excessively sweet and the distinctly raw and unrestrained. All songs were recorded live between in Stockholm and the Swedish countryside.
