Biography
Kino is a British rock band comprising members from other well-known UK bands. John Mitchell (It Bites, Frost*, Lonely Robot and Arena) is on vocals and guitar; Pete Trewavas (Marillion, Transatlantic and Edison’s Children) provides bass guitar; John Beck (It Bites) plays keyboards; and Craig Blundell (Frost*, Steven Wilson) is on drums. The band’s first album ‘Picture’ was released in February 2005 (featuring Chris Maitland on drums) and attracted much critical and public acclaim. After a lengthy break while band members worked on their various other musical projects, they came together again to deliver a second studio album 'Radio Voltaire', released March 2018.
