Khalil (KRL) Lucas wrote his first rap at the age of 8 years old and immediately knew music was what he desired to pursue as a full-time career. Alongside his favorite artists, he determined early on to stay true to remain honest, vulnerable, and authentic. Writing about his own fears, desires, heartaches, successes, and etc. He often refers to music as a rhythmic conversation wherein an artist can have a heart to heart with their audience.
