    Belgian rock outfit the Ditch, aka lead vocalist Kristof Van den Bergh, guitarists Sven Muller and Raymond Geerts, and drummer Antony Van Der Wee, formed in 2006, and after winning a Global Battle of the Bands contest, signed to Sony Records soon after. After winning Best New Artist at the 2008 TMF Awards, they teamed up with producer Oscar Holleman (Within Temptation) on their debut album In This World, which was released to critical acclaim in 2009. ~ Jon O'Brien, Rovi
