Biography
YSN Flow turns the darkness around his hometown of Cleveland Heights, OH into a triumphant story told through his tightly locked and loaded bars and magnetically massive melodies. Growing up, he learned the hard lessons of the street at a young age. Living without air conditioning, the family often relied on the oven to heat up the house in the dead of frigid Ohio winters. Despite witnessing his parents (thankfully) failed suicide attempts, he felt “lots of love.” At 14-years-old, he started to upload music of his own online. It reacted in a big way. In 2019, Flow’s viral breakout “Want Beef?” [feat. BaeBae Savo] racked up north of 32.9 million Spotify streams and 26 million YouTube views on the D.I.Y. music video, even inciting a series with “Want Beef? 2.0” and “Want Beef? 3.0.” It paved the way for the 2020 FLOW SZN tape highlighted by collaborations with Lil TJay, Quando Rondo, and Justin Rarri. Audiomack/DJ Booth named the follow-up Long Story Short among its “5 New Albums You Need To Heart This Week” upon arrival. Collaborations with Melvoni and Doe Boy followed, while he also ignited the stage of Rolling Loud NY. He maintained his momentum with “Hotbox” and “Cold Soul 1.5,” evolving with each move. He has quietly amassed hundreds of millions of streams and views and earned the endorsement of Flaunt Magazine, The Source, REVOLT, Bleu Mag, Elevator Mag, and HipHopDX, to name a few. Now, YSN Flow kicks off his next chapter with more music in 2022.
