    Avoid. (stylized avoid.) are an emotionally driven band based out of Iowa. Their melodic blend of post-hardcore and emo gives way to ambient yet driving guitars songs laced over heartfelt, introspective lyrics delivered honestly and passionately. 
 This young band has worked from the ground up for everything they’ve gotten by touring, writing, and throwing themselves in front of everyone they can. A work ethic which they refuse to halt. 
 Their newest release “Everything Ends” was released on February 17, 2018 a release which was led by singles ‘Father’s Eyes’ and ‘Home’
