Taking inspiration from life, love and adventure, Vic Allen blends an acoustic-driven sound with strong influences from modern country music. Vic spent the spring of this year writing in Nashville, previously visiting Music City back in March 2020 to appear on Radio Disney Country after being selected to join US-based Song Suffragettes on their full UK tour. Amidst the pandemic, Vic continued to make waves in the UK scene, performing for Country Music Week and featuring in Maverick Magazine as their “One to Watch” artist. She also began to build up a loyal following on TikTok, where her recent single “Pictures of Us” received over a million views and caused her Spotify audience to increase more than tenfold. The track, along with her previous releases “Healing” and the upbeat country-pop single “Drive-Thru”, also received airplay on Absolute Radio Country and BBC stations. The rest of this year will see the release of several new tracks, which will form part of Vic’s long-awaited debut full-length project.
