    One of the most successful and influential magicians of his time, Criss Angel, blends the art of illusion with the power of rock & roll. Born and raised on Long Island, Christopher Nicholas Sarantakos started his career in the mid-'90s in New York City. His off-Broadway show, Criss Angel Mindfreak, was eventually turned into a television program. The hugely popular A&E series, coupled with an album and a Las Vegas stage show of the same name, saw Angel performing death-defying stunts and street magic. Subsequent stage shows Amystika and Criss Angel Believe, along with multiple television series and specials, books, musical endeavors, and retail products, have helped to establish Angel as one of the foremost magicians of the 21st century.
