Growing up in the 90’s outside of Washington, D.C. during the “Golden Age” of rap and hip-hop, Lucidious spent his time immersed in the lyrical rhymes of pioneers that inspired him like Eminem and others who have paved the way for today’s established artists like himself, NF, Logic, and Hopsin. He and other members of his label now reside in Los Angeles, CA. Since his debut, he has released multiple albums and has accumulated hundreds of thousands of followers globally, totaling over 200 million streams platform-wide. Lucidious raps with passion and intensity that is authentic and genuinely reflective of themes that include past pain, trauma, personal growth, and hope. Lucid’s fans, known as ‘Lucidians,’ are all deeply connected on a personal level to the emotionally-driven dynamics embodied in his music. The song Changes from his debut album Reflections has amassed over 15 million streams on Spotify. His follow-up album Torn Between Pages quickly rose to viral success with over 100 million streams. It includes breakout hits Moment of Silence, Face the Truth, Do the Talking, and Save Me. Enough, his 3rd studio album released in 2019, highlights social themes of equality, mental health, and a constant reminder that you are enough.
