Kai Buizon’s music has been described as cinematic, authentic, and relatable– comparable to musical works featured in films Begin Again (2013) and Once (2007). Her ability to empathise deeply with those around her has enabled her to draw inspiration not only from her own life, but from the stories of both friends and family. As a writer, Kai is able to illustrate colourful imagery and story-telling through her compositions. An avid poet, the aspiring creative is equipped with an artistic apparatus of lyrical wit and tactical rhyme. Her personal purpose as an artist is to create songs which capture the essence of, and which give voice to, the unspoken feelings of those who long to be heard but cannot quite find the words to articulate their innermost sentiments.
