Biography
Michael Logen is a Grammy-winning, multi-platinum-selling songwriter and recording artist based in Nashville, TN. His writing spans genres, with multiple cuts in Pop, Country, Americana, CCM, Electronic Music, and the Film/TV/Ad world. His unique flavor of ambient Americana/Folk can be heard on dozens of TV shows including Suits, Nashville, Parenthood, One Tree Hill, Heartland, and, most recently, Good Trouble, What/If, Carter, The Village, and In The Dark. Logen’s songs have also been the soundtrack for several ad campaigns by brands like Folgers and Home Depot. For Folgers, the song “Couldn’t Ask For A Better Friend” was the centerpiece to their 2016 and 2018 Olympic Games commercial, and the song later enjoyed success on the SiriusXM The Coffee House and iHeartRadio Coffeehouse channel. A prolific songwriter, Michael has written songs with and for artists like Kelly Clarkson (on Grammy-winning album, Stronger), Delerium (on Grammy-nominated single, “Days Turn Into Nights”), Brandon Heath (on Grammy-nominated album, Out Of Eden), The Greencards (on Grammy-nominated album, Sweetheart Of The Sun), Mat Kearney, Jonny Lang, Marc Broussard, Duck Dynasty, Will Hoge, Sam Palladio, Ashley Monroe, Sister Hazel, and many more.
