Biography
It’s all about passion! This is the Jennifer Dias way to make the music. Independent producer, she offers us her own musical style. Her flow and her unique voice makes her the essential Afro Pop and Kizomba female Cape verdean artist of the Afro-Lusophone market. In France, Jennifer Dias started in 2006 in a Cabo Love music compilation (Netos de Cabral) with Kel Ki Um Kre which allowed her to have esteem success to become a classic, it’s a halfway through zouk and kizomba, with jazz influences. This single brought her success in countries like Cabo Verde, Angola, Mozambique & Portugal. In 2007, she had to take a decision. Or she continues to work on music or she travels to United States to have another approach to music both technically and musically. She took the second choice and came back with a certain musical maturity. Dancer since childhood, in 2008, she decided to pass a casting to a role of tap dancer, lindy hop and swing as well as singer for a jazz musical called Harlem Swing. She was one of the leaders of the group. In 2011, she decided to work her own music in independent. She released, in 2012, another classic called Deixam Em Paz followed by her debut album Forte, arrived in 2013. In 2015, she released her first big single hit I Need You So becoming a pivotal moment on Jennifer Dias career. And followed others hits like Love U, Roçaré, Acerta, Então é o quê and Loco that has become her biggest song. Today, she is working on her new album.
