    Detroit native Pretty Brayah is the present and future of rap. The unapologetic confidence she exudes on the mic as well as onstage and offstage, combined with the rawness and authenticity in her rhymes, makes her a relatable rising icon to the young masses. Pretty Brayah is the star of her family, and she broke the generational curse by becoming the first in her lineage to obtain a college degree. A graduate of Wayne State University. Hailing from the Eastside of the city, she flirted with rap when she was younger, freestyling for fun; metaphors and the ability to tell enlightening stories came natural, which speaks to the magnitude of her talent.
