Biography

Play Attenchon is a skatepunk band from Lima-Peru that after several members changes, reaches its final line-up in 2005, allowing that to define their own sound. After a couple of demos, the band released their first full length CD titled La ilusión Que Llevas , which was released in Peru and in Japan (Bells On Records), achieving high sale levels worldwide. They were also part of two tribute CDs: 88 Fingers Louie's (released in France) and Belvedere's (released in Japan and available worldwide). They made a Peruvian tour with brazilian band Piron Heron and, in 2008 and 2010, they traveled to Ecuador No Big Deal. They also went in 2010, 2012 and 2015 to Colombia and in 2019 to Chile. Play Attenchon is proud of having shared stage with bands such as NOFX, Lagwagon, Propagandhi, Strung Out, Mute, Forus, Belvedere, Satanic Surfers, Comeback Kid, Have Heart and many others from around the world. They also mixed and mastered 3 songs in Blasting Room Studios in Colorado (NOFX, Lagwagon, NUFAN, 7 Seconds, Descendents, etc), which is part of a 4-way split with Actionmen (Italy), Forus (France) and Hero Of Our Time (USA).
