Biography

The Earth Laid Bare arrived on the progressive metal scene in 2014 with the release of their debut EP "Circadian Rhythms". Still fresh out of high school, the five piece practiced patience and perseverance, perfecting their live performance and making connections within their local Greater Cincinnati music scene - planting roots to a solid foundation. It was time well spent, as they are now one of their local scene’s most praised bands and, by way of their hard work ethic, have earned spots on Mayhem Fest (2014), the Summer Slaughter Tour (2015 & 2017), and the All Stars Tour (2016). "Flow" (Nov. 2018), the band’s first release in over four years, has brought TELB into the spotlight of the progressive metal scene - even garnering the attention of scene giants Silent Planet. After a few lineup changes, TELB took the better part of a year away from the spotlight in order to regroup and refocus. 2020 is now their year, as they release their new single "Virtual Vision", a taste of what's yet to come from this extremely talented and young group of musicians.
