Travelled NZ + international for more than 20 years. Began Christian music 1976 with St. Pauls Singers, Auckland. Written songs used in Songs of the Nations, Songs of the Kingdom and the New Harvest songbooks. Songs recorded by Scripture in Song and Maranatha Music. Songs from ‘Kids Time 2’ selected for SONG DISCOVERY Oct 2007. Primary School Teacher five years, folk guitar teacher / photographer two. Won secular songwriting competition Unsung Heroes 1983. Top 40 single ‘Round The Bays’ released on CBS Label (No39!) 1984 solo album ON THIS NIGHT then 1987 HEARTSTRINGS. Both won Gospel Album of the Year at NZ Music Awards. RAY OF LIGHT (from ‘On This Night’) was a finalist APRA Silver Scroll Award 1985. Orama Bible College ’86/’87, Music Ministry 1988 with concerts, services and worship seminars. Recorded three albums: REVELATION (1991, Gold status 1996), HOMECOMING (1992, recorded in South Africa, Gold in 2000), THE FISHERMAN (1994) and World Tour, 8 countries 1992. Author of two volumes poetry and ‘High Praise’ Worship Manual for Elkanah School of Music Ministry, which Jules founded. This school held annually at Orama 1995-98 and 2001. 2000, 2002 and 2004 at En Hakkore Christian Community released two kid’s albums and worship album AMAZING SACRIFICE. Albums JERUSALEM, CATACLYSM (2010) and SANCTUARY (2014). Song selected for CONCERT FOR WORLD PEACE Rome 2000. Currently tours NZ and overseas. Written book: ‘Brokenheart’ 2010.
