Biography

The Coconut Kids were born over many nights jamming over glasses of South Australian wine in lil old Adelaide. They had their first (and most awkward) gig at Ash's grandma's bible study which sparked a whirlwind of gigging, recording and putting on their very own boutique festival, Coconut Club, 3 times over, so that within 18 months they were showcasing their tunes on the other side of the world at SXSW '17 in Austin, Texas. A favourite on the Australian folk festival circuit, with soulful vocals, French chic, rhythmic ukulele and percussion and bluesy brass, this playful crew will have you dancing one minute and wiping away a singular tear the next. A must see live music experience!<br>
