Biography

Puer Kim is a singer/songwriter, and lyricist based in Korea. Puer Kim is known for her unique voice as well as her dreamy melodies and creative lyrics in English and Korean. Debut: Her first EP, "Mom & Sex" was unofficially released in 2011 and officially released in 2012. In the same year, she released her first full-length album, "이응 Korean Vowels". Those albums were recorded in her friend’s living room. Puer Kim pretended it was all just a play but she was so sure to make them as EP and full-length. With Mystic Entertainment: After joining Mystic Entertainment In 2014, Puer Kim released a digital single "Manyo Maash" and an EP "Purifier" as well as a digital single "2014 월간 윤종신 1월호 - The Detail" with Yoon Jong Shin and Muzie. In 2016, she released an EP "Gem". She released two digital singles in 2017: "LISTEN 004 How Are You, The Love of My Life" and "LISTEN 008 A daughter of your age" in 2017. Puer Kim thought she would get more recognition as a musician by working with major company. She experienced the media being focused on her body and sexuality more. Independent music again: In 2020, after a while of being a full-time lyricist, Puer Kim released new EP [Bluetube 2020]. In 2023, she released a new digital single "Mirror Is My Middle Name" and her second full-length album "I'm Sorry and Congratulations".
