Biography

Multi-genre singer, composer and producer, Carla's early work is rooted in the folk/pop/rock genre's but perhaps she is best known as vocalist/lyricist in some of the world's biggest EDM tracks by producers and DJ's such as Paul Oakenfold, Tiesto, Paul Sawyer, Lorrainne, Nick Muir and Darren Tate. Her own releases have received critical acclaim with compositions featured in award winning shows such as 'Shameless', 'Brokenwood' and 'Homeland'. Her love of dub conjured 'Native Soul Project' that she formed with Californian bassist, Alison Wunderland, releasing their debut album 'True Nature' in 2021, supporting artists such as Toots n the Maytals, Alborosie & Sly & Robbie. A diverse performer, she can be heard live as a vocalist in the club world, or playing folk in acoustic mode, or on decks with her self-produced dub/reggae tracks featuring live vocals and bass.
