Biography
Making his appearance in the London music scene in 2018, LOELASH released a stream of projects for the following three years, gaining national and international recognition as a multi-instrumentalist producer and DJ. As a classically trained Saxophone, Piano and Bass player, his work is ‘pop rooted in electronics, dexterous of production and graceful of melody'. (Clash Magazine) After tours, festivals (Anomalie UK '19, Liverpool Sound City '21, Amor Na Endz '22) and tracks played on key radio stations such as Apple Music 1, BBC 1Xtra, Introducing, Reprezent, Rinse and more, the last year has seen the young Italian musician playing in major cities around the world (Lisbon, Barcelona, New York to name a few) with underground music collective LOVE IN THE ENDZ, releasing music with The Last Skeptik, Erick Di and working on various new projects (solo & with other LITE members). 2023 will see LOELASH release a series of EPs called ONEMIN ONEDROP, a year-long campaign which stems from the concept of ‘beat tape’, revisited with a modern twist: according to the ever-faster, algorithm-based cultural era we live in, these 48 tunes will be divided into 12 EPs made of four pieces, each shorter than two minutes. No genre limits, with the main goal being the production of club-focused tracks.
