Biography
Bursting onto the scene in late 2019, Salarymen have become a formidable force in the Australian indie rock scene. Their two EPs Scene Change (2021) and Head In The Sand (2022) received praise from all corners of the music industry, earning them a coveted spot at SXSW Austin 2023 and seeing them play to enamoured crowds across Australia and Japan on their debut tours. Forever honing their signature mix of indie, rock, psych and pop influences, Salarymen have earned regular spots on local/international Spotify playlists, premieres on triple j, features on Clash, NME, Pilerats and Life Without Andy, rotation on FBi, 2SER and SYN and much more. They've also supported leading artists including The Lazy Eyes, Eliza & The Delusionals, Pacific Avenue, The Vanns and more.
