    Based in Orange County, CA, “Swim, Gustavo!” is a prog-rock power trio led by singer/songwriter/guitarist Macklyn Flannery, with fellow prog-rock enthusiast Joey Piña on the bass, and the wild and energetic Conner Eddy on drums. 
 Established in 2016 initially as a post-hardcore band, Swim, Gustavo! has released a full-length LP (“El Mar Mi Amor”) and has undergone major lineup changes throughout it’s course; dabbling and experimenting with harsh guitar tones, intricate rhythms, and wavy soundscapes before ultimately moving foward as a dynamically tight and sonically powerful three piece ensemble. With the release of their first independent album being favorably recieved by local enthusiasts, Swim, Gustavo! strives to maintain it’s colorful tones and vibrant energy in the spirit of their music. Through the allure of raw, artistic expression, Swim, Gustavo! succeeds on making it’s intentions heard. 🦀
