Biography

Opia is an indie electronic group consisting of Cole Citrenbaum (vocals/guitar), DJ Stanfill (vocals/keys), and Reske (producer). The band formed after meeting at Yale University in 2016 and launching the viral hit Falling. In July 2017, Opia released their debut EP Faded, which garnered support from Spotify New Music Friday, BBC Radio 1, TIME Magazine, and more. Later that year, the band completed full tours with Marian Hill and Whethan. Recently, Opia featured on Foreign Family Collective artist Louis Futon's Restless Sea, rising OWSLA artist Ekali's Past Life (feat. Opia), and Whethan's Aftertaste (feat. Opia). The group are currently finishing writing and production for original music set for 2018.
